The Independence SevenUp - £480
The SevenUp is the result of two long years of intensive research and is a completely new concept for a reserve parachute. The SevenUp's distinctive shape enabled us to erase a lot of drawbacks present on conventional round parachutes.
The SevenUp's special shape makes it less bulky and induces a completely different opening sequence compared to other conventional round parachutes. The leading edge of the SevenUp inflates as soon as the the canopy catches some wind. Thanks to its unique shape, the placement of the attachment points, to less thickness and an excellent inflating behaviour its opening time is shorter and the opening shock is not as violent as a conventional round parachute, particularly at high speeds.
In general, flat and round parachutes increase pendular movements because of a lack of airflow rupture points. This is not the case with the SevenUp and the pendular movements of the parachute are highly decreased. It also has an incredible sink rate!

Frequently asked questions
- Do I have to have special risers or release system or carbines?
- No, definitely not, SKY DRIVE is designed for easy deployment without any special risers or expansive carbines...
- What do I do with the main canopy?
- You do the same as with a normal round shaped rescue - you just try to collapse the wing so it does not inflate any more....
- Can I put it into any kind of container of my harness?
- Yes, you can place it within any suitable container of you harness, regardless whether this is side, back or front.
- How do I attach DRIVE with the harness?
- You should use special carbines (quick links) to link the shoulder strap of the harness and risers of the SKY DRIVE.
- Is it heavy?
- Not at all, it is only 2, 4 kg
- Is it DHV certified?
- Yes, it is DHV 100 Kg certified rescue system.
- Is it difficult to pack after deployment?
- Some training and also some experience might be needed but is not more difficult than the round shape...
- How do I control the flight?
- SKY DRIVE is provided with two handles - similar system to the skydiving chutes - you just pull left or right and before the landing you try to pull both brakes to stall and enable the canopy some flare, even if we would like to make clear that this is the rescue system, not the glider, therefore you do expect great flying characteristics...

The Sky Spare
The sky spare - don't spare on safety - £379
The Sky Spare is a top quality rescue parachute made out of the best materials available on the market. The use of 9024 zero porosity fabric from Porcher Marine has helped to reach an outstanding low sink rate with a very small surface.
The small surface and the resultant low weight of the Sky Spare reserves is not only a decisive advantage for the everyday comfort of the pilot, it is also a "must" safety wise as the smaller a parachute is, the quicker it will deploy. The Sky Spare is a classical round shaped parachute with center line (pda). We have opted for the simplest concept as the best guarantee for a flawless reliability.
In order to improve the safety of the Sky Spare, we also took care to avoid all possible mistakes during the (re)packing process. Folding loops are sewn on the top of the canopy. The panels that have to be sorted out on the right or on the left have two different colors. The two upper and the two lower lines are also clearly differentiated by a colored strand.
