4. Telephone Number

5. What is your Pilot rating?
(Beginner, Elementary Pilot, Club Pilot, Pilot, Advanced Pilot)

6. Do you have your own glider?
(if the answer is no please indicate how much you weigh in kgs so we can provide you with a glider of the correct size)

7. Which trip are you interested in?
(If you are interested in the Dune de Pyla or Garmish trip which week(s)/Days are you interested in coming?)

8. If you have any special questions or requests?

To guarantee to reserve a place we require £100 deposit. The balance being due 6 weeks prior to departure.
